4. Contact channels and third parties (WhatsApp)
If you contact us via WhatsApp, please note that the service is provided by WhatsApp and its policies apply to the processing carried out by that provider on its platform.
However, ESIMAR will only use your messages/data to respond to your request and manage the service.

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

Suppliers necessary to operate the website and the business, who act as data processors (e.g., web platform, hosting, email/CRM tools, analytics if activated).

Wix: if your website is on Wix, Wix typically acts as a data processor for visitor data managed through the site.

Nautical providers/third parties (only if essential to provide the service): marinas/ports, workshops, technicians, crew, logistics, etc., to the extent necessary and in accordance with the order/contract.

Important note (edit as appropriate): if you use Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel or other tools, include them here and ensure you manage them through cookie consent.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In the case of Wix, the platform itself indicates that it has servers in different regions (including Europe and the US) and that, if there are transfers outside the EEA, they are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
Where appropriate, adequate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms) will be applied.

We will retain your data for as long as necessary for each purpose:

Enquiries and requests: while they are being processed and, subsequently, for a reasonable period for follow-up and traceability (e.g. 12 months, unless we are required to retain them for longer for legal reasons).
