10. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

If the user acts as a consumer, the courts and tribunals that are applicable in accordance with consumer regulations shall have jurisdiction.
If the user acts as a company or professional, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Estepona/Málaga, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, except in the case of mandatory rules.
